"I recently was introduced to Elaine by friends at church. We have become friends and I asked her to review documents from a hail damage claim that was closed by my former agency before all the work was completed. I was told I have two years to have it all completed. After a few minutes of her looking over the most confusing calculations she immediately informed me that due to the type of shingles I had placed on my home I should be getting a discount on my homeowners insurance.
